We work hard to get your order processed and delivered as smoothly as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be longer during new drops, holidays, or high volume periods.

Shipping Time

Many of our products ship from overseas. Because of this, delivery times are typically 10 to 14 business days after your order has shipped.

In some cases, orders may arrive sooner. Delays can also happen due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or high shipping volume.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Ghostline is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at team@ghostlineshop.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been placed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear after your package has been shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Ghostline is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local carrier, neighbors, or household members first.
